Morning
This is not yet confirmed, but we will try to plan for a volontary physical activity for those who arrive early this day. More information will follow closer to the day. We are thinking about a short run in the area by the hotel St. Alban or in Cap d'Agde in the morning.
For those who want to spend the morning/afternoon at the beach, there are great possibilities at Cap d'Agde (e.g. Plage Richelieu), which is located around 20 minutes from the hotel in Saint-Thibéry. It is possible to book a sunbed at Manovi Plage to enjoy the beach before the cocktail dinner. We have received a reduced price for the sunbeds (12 euros instead of 20 for the whole day). We are planning to stay at the beach from around lunch time. You are all welcome to enjoy the entire day there with us! Please note that there is one simple shower outside (with no cover) and a small place to change for those that would like to stay for the entire day without going back in between before the cocktail dinner.
NB: We have rented a small appartment close to the beach with one bathroom for luggage storage and preparations. For those who want to shower and prepare a little bit here after a day at the beach, please reach out directly to Truls. It is also possible to leave your luggage here for those arriving directly at Manovi Plage.
Evening
COCKTAIL DINNER
We have booked a section in the vibrant beach club Manovi Plage to get together the first day. The Cocktail starts at 6pm. There will be served a variety of finger food and a couple of drinks to everyone.
At the end of the cocktail (11pm) we have booked a bus to transport safely all our guests back to the hotel.
Dress code: Beachy-/Summer attire

Saturday 14 June
The Wedding day will take place at Château Sainte Cécile, located on the old Via Domitia, the village of Saint Thibéry. With its Florentine facade, it takes us back to the architectural history of Italian Renaissance castles.
The origins of the bastide date back to the 18th century.
CEREMONY
1.15 pm: A van will start picking up guests from the hotel St. Alban
1.30 - 2.15 pm: Guests arrive at the Chateau.
2.30 pm: Ceremony starts
The ceremony will take place in the backyard of the Chateau. The ceremony will consist of the wedding ceremony and speaches from the bride and groom.
4 pm: Group photos of all the guests
VIN D'HONNEUR
4.30 -7 pm: Vin d'honneur (cocktail)
The cocktail will take place in the court yard of the Chateau. A variety of finger food and drinks will be served.
DINNER
7 pm -11 pm
Dinner will be served in the garden, placed in the backyard of the Chateau.
PARTY
11 pm-4 am
Bring your best dance shoes and get ready to sweat! There will be served food during the night.
DRESS CODE:
Long cocktail dress / Formal attire.
Girls: We will have pastels in our colour palette, so feel free to wear pastels if you want to match the theme - but it is of course not a requirement :-) NB! If you want to wear heels, then block heels are recommended due to the unstable ground.
Guys: Dark suit / smoking
NB: If we are lucky to have a lot of sun it is a good idea to bring a light hat for the ceremony, and in case of rain please bring an umbrella.

Sunday 15 June
11pm - 4pm: Brunch
All our guests are invited for brunch in the garden of the Château the day after.
For those who want, it is possible to play "petanque" in the Chateau's own petanque court.
